Parents who cancel classes and do not reschedule will
be given refunds of all or part of their course fees according to
the following guidelines:
All refunds will be paid by PDR check.
There is never a financial penalty for rescheduling a
class. Refunds only apply to parents who schedule and pay for a class,
do not attend and do not reschedule; OR parents who enroll in an
internet class and choose not to complete the class online and do not
schedule a classroom class. All fees are transferable among classroom,
internet and correspondence classes.
For classroom classes, refunds will be given as follows:
$40.00 if the class is cancelled at least one day
before the class and the fee was paid by cash, check, or money
order.
$35.00 if the class is canceled at least one day
before the class and the fee was paid by credit or debit card.
$35.00 if the class is cancelled on the day of the
class and the fee was paid by cash, check, or money order.
$30.00 if the class is cancelled on the day of the
class or at class and the fee was paid by credit card.
For Internet classes, refunds will be given as follows:
$35.00 if a parent notifies us by email or by phone
within one (1) hour of registration (leave a message if we are
teaching a class).
$30.00 if a parent notifies us by email or by phone
within four (4) hours of registration and has not submitted the form
for Exercise #5 or taken an exam.
No refunds will be given for the following cases:
A parent no shows one or more classroom classes
(fails to attend and does not notify us) and chooses not to
reschedule.
A parent who is taking the course on the internet has
submitted the form for Exercise #5 or has taken an exam.
